We kindly offer a 20-day period from the date of purchase for you to request a refund or exchange. Regrettably, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges after this time.

Can I get a refund for damaged products?

We’re pleased to offer a full refund or replacement for significantly damaged items. For items with minor damage (such as small scratches or wrinkles), we can provide a partial refund or replacement. Please send photos or videos of the damage to

What if I receive incorrect or missing items?

If you receive an incorrect product, the wrong colour or size, or missing parts that affect functionality, we’re happy to provide a full replacement without requiring a return.
